Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized items may require additional processing time depending on design complexity.

 

Customization Policy

Rosie’s Dollz offers both customized and ready-to-wear items. All customized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom details prior to purchase. Minor variations in color or placement are normal and part of the custom design process.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)

Returns are accepted on non-custom, ready-to-wear items only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items, sale or clearance items, items showing signs of wear or damage, and returns submitted after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Shipping Disclaimer

Rosie’s Dollz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled at any time.
